Italian jeweller Dreamboule has just released a new season of its “My Secret Glasshouse” ring collection, with an insect-inspired theme, which cleverly conceals jewel-encrusted honeybees, dragonflies, ladybugs, butterflies and other lovely surprises inside the casserole-like ring surface, each one of which makes people smile.
The spherical ring faces in the collection are made of Nanosital, a specially crystallized glass material that is stronger than crystal but also subtly translucent, creating a fairytale atmosphere of hazy texture.
There are nine ring works in the new work, respectively hiding the grasshopper, bee, cricket, dragonfly, firefly, longox, spider, butterfly and ladybug, a total of nine different gem insects — each one is made of rose gold, embedded with diamonds and colored gems, especially the ring face is also embedded with a round cut colored gem, like feeding gem insects.
The details on the bottom of the ring face correspond to the theme of insects — spiders and webs, dragonflies and hexagons with compound eyes, grasshoppers and grass patterns, butterflies and flowers, etc. The walls of the ring are inlaid with different colored gems, which complement the glass dome.
